I purchased this throw pillow in 2023 when I attended the Juneteenth Celebration in my father's boyhood home in Washington County, Texas. Since that day, this pillow with its vibrant colors and poignant message - JUNETEENTH THE REAL INDEPENDENCE DAY -- has been proudly displayed with all the other throw pillows on my sofa ever since.
